Pay, then wait for purchase

Once you pay, the agent buys the item and it ships to the Kakobuy warehouse in China.

Good to know: QC photos are the final word on 'is this the right item'; if a row's description doesn't match, exchange before dispatch — it's the cheapest moment to fix.

Store free for a window after intake — waiting for all your orders before consolidating saves money.

Photos & reinforcement

QC photos are free; fragile items can get paid reinforcement packing.

Overstay fees

Storage bills by the day after the free window — check the schedule on the fees page.

Submitting your parcel

Choosing a line: slow and cheap, fast and pricey, or in between.

Billed on actual weight after consolidation; live quotes for every line.
2. Pick a line
Sensitive goods (batteries, liquids) take special channels; regular goods go on value lines.
3. Handover
After handover the tracking number appears on your order page; last-mile is local delivery.
4. Customs & delivery
Customs time varies by country; the carrier contacts you before delivery.

Line prices move; the checkout page always shows the live number.
